Ditbetalingssystem rents out cash register systems to both small physical stores as well as larger restaurant chains and webshops in Denmark. Since it was established just over 2.5 years ago, Ditbetalingssystem has primarily had customers within the restaurant business and has especially within this industry it has experienced an increasing demand for its fast and intuitive cash register systems. 
When the accountant at Ditbetalingssystem decided to quit, the sales manager Camilla was put in charge of handling the company’s accounts receivable. This meant that Camilla had to keep track of all the customers’ invoices and at the same time get new customers for the sales department. This took up a lot of her time and was burdensome when she had to call up customers and push them for payments. 

“The responsibility fell on me to check up on whether customers had paid or not. It was a lot of manual work. I contacted the customers and reminded them to pay. I often got an email that a customer had not paid and then I had to call them. It was something I thought was very burdensome work.” 

More time for making sales and growth

Approximatelyone year ago, Ditbetalingssystem switched from manual bookkeeping to Likvido. For Camilla, this meant that the automation quickly saved her a lot of time onbookkeeping, and she could therefore put her focus back on sales and expandtheir customer base to the larger retail stores as well. 

“When I used to do accounts receivable manually, a lot of my time went into it and at the same time, I had to increase sales. So I would definitely say that I have saved more than half of the work hours I used to spend on bookkeeping with Likvido. We have generally been able to focus much more on developing new sales strategies. I can now focus entirely on my area of expertise” 


A better customer relationship with Likvido 

Customer relationships have also improved with Likvido. In general, Camilla experiences that people are better at paying when the reminder procedure is automated and put into a flow and when an external company sends out the invoices. In addition, Camilla avoids risking ruining the good customer relationship by pushing for payments.
